Files should be sent
in PDF, JPEG or TIF format with a dpi of 300. If this is not
possible, send camera ready copy and we will scan it in. Files
copied from a website are not suitable for print, and will be fuzzy. Ads
must be pre-paid, and can be purchased on the shopping cart (click on amount in
table above) or check prior to publication deadline.

You'll be reaching an
ever-growing group of herbal enthusiasts and business owners. Our
subscribers are knowledgeable and talented herb people. We are in
nearly every state and at the moment 5 countries outside the U.S., and
the magazine is carried by more and more herb and garden shops with each
issue. This is an inexpensive way to reach the exact market you
want to meet. All we can tell you is that our advertisers are
very happy with the results they see, LOVE the price, and repeat their
advertising with us again and again.
The Essential Herbal sends out
approximately 1000 copies per issue. That number fluctuates depending on
subscribers (growing) and the number of shops (seasonal). Nearly all of
our subscribers are women. Most garden, and about 1/3 have some type of
herbal or body care business. Circulation is a number that is arbitrarily
based on how many people *might see* a magazine - usually 3 to 5 per copy - so
we don't list that. We'll leave that up to you.
